Use of Facilities
Members must comply with all Zircle policies and house rules.
Zircle reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in cases of:
- Misuse of facilities
- Illegal activity
- Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour
Members are responsible for:
- Their own conduct
- Any guests they bring
- Any damage caused to the premises
Bookings & Meeting Rooms
- Meeting rooms are subject to availability and booking policies
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance
- Late cancellations or no-shows may incur fees
Liability
Zircle is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
Members are encouraged to maintain appropriate personal or business insurance.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- All purchases are final
- No cancellation or refunds are permitted once commenced
- Early termination is not allowed
Validity & Usage
- All 10 entries must be used within 12 months from the date of purchase
- Any unused entries after this period will be forfeited and no longer valid
