Price & Term

• $800 / month
• 12-month minimum contract
• Pay $9,600 upfront and receive a bonus Zircle Credit of $1,920

Zircle Desk - Level 5, 170 Queen St, Melbourne

Operating Hours: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, 7days a week.

• Dedicated use of Zircle Desk (Level 5)
• Access to meeting rooms (subject to booking policy & availability)
• Access to shared lounge areas
• Zircle Credit redeemable at:
  • HubM (Beanoholic Cafe, Pilates studio, Baking workshop)- 701 station st, boxhill
  • Soaz Cafe - 170 queen st, melbourne
  • Zhuguangyu Hot Pot - 422 queen st, melbourne

Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

Membership is available to individuals and businesses. Zircle reserves the right to request identification or company documentation at the time of signup.

2. Contract & Payment Term

• A minimum 12-month commitment applies to all memberships.

• Membership commences on the date of payment. The contract term is fixed for the agreed period, and no extensions or rollover will apply.

• All fees are in AUD (inclusive of GST )

3. Zircle Credit

• Annual upfront payment includes 20% bonus credit ($1,920).
• Zircle Credit:
  • Is non-transferable
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash
  • Is valid only at designated venues (HubM, Soaz Cafe, Zhuguangyu Hot Pot)
  • Expires 12 months from issue date, unless otherwise stated

4. Use of Facilities

• Members must comply with all house rules and policies.
• Misuse, illegal activity, or disruptive behaviour may result in:
  • Immediate suspension or termination of membership
• Members are responsible for:
  • Their own conduct
  • Any guests they bring
  • Any damage caused to the premises

5. Booking & Meeting Rooms

• Meeting rooms are subject to:
  • Availability
  • Booking policies
• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance
• Late cancellations or no-shows may incur fees

6. Liability

• Zircle is not responsible for:
  • Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings
• Members are encouraged to maintain appropriate insurance

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. No cooling-off period applies except where required under applicable consumer law.
2. Early termination is not permitted under this agreement.
3. After the 12-month term, members must contact Zircle to confirm whether they wish to continue the membership.
4. Non-refundable once commenced
